Shipping policy
Payment & Delivery:
- Your item needs to be paid in full before Postman's Plaque can ship your order.
Returns & Exchanges:
- It is the customers responsibility to make sure they order the correct product. A refund will only take place if the quality of the product is not as described. An exchange will only be valid if Postman's Plaque has sent out the incorrect item(s). If an agreement is made, the product must be unused, and in its original condition. The refund will only be processed once the product is received back at Postman's Plaque head office, and has been inspected.
- Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the buyer’s responsibility. Should a return take place, the packaging must be unopened and in original condition.
Damaged Products:
- We take every duty of care to make sure your product is ready to ship to you as safely and securely as possible. However, sometimes accidents happen. In the rare event that this occurs, please contact us immediately, with accurate details of the damage and we will work with you through our return process.
- We will not cover damage to the product that is deemed as normal wear and tear. The final decision on what is deemed to be normal will be made at the discretion of Postman's Plaque, after due consideration is given to the individual circumstances in which the wear and tear has occurred.
